About Us:
Central Coast Rugby Union is dedicated to growing and supporting rugby in the Zone. We work with clubs, schools, and community groups to promote the sport, coordinate competitions, and ensure smooth operations within our zone.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Rugby Zone Administrator to support the efficient operation of rugby activities in the region. The ideal candidate will assist with administration, communications, competition management, and stakeholder engagement. Financial management skills and marketing/advertising skills will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and maintain Junior and Senior competition schedules, fixtures, and results.
- Liaise with clubs, referees, and NSW/Country rugby governing bodies to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage registrations, player transfers, and compliance with regulations.
- Provide administrative support for meetings, events, and training programs.
- Maintain records, update databases, and prepare reports.
- Assist in the promotion and communication of rugby activities via emails, newsletters, and social media.
Requirements:
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient social media skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of rugby operations and competition structures is an advantage.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including some weekends during the season.
